25% of total booking cost is required to secure your event date.

Please Note:

These rates apply to event rentals only.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

A $150 refundable security deposit is added to all bookings. This deposit is returned after your event, provided there are no damages or violations.

A $50 cleaning fee is taken from deposit for all events.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We understand that plans can change if you need to cancel, we are happy to reschedule your event for a future available date.
